  "noticeDate": "2026-10-22",
  "effectiveAt": "2026-11-21T15:00:00Z",
  "scope": "This addendum applies to creators’ sales and settlement activities in addition to the general terms. From November 22, 2026 at 00:00 Korea Standard Time, it applies only to creators who review the complete document in the MOF app and separately give explicit consent, distinct from consent to the general terms. New financial burdens and repayment obligations apply only to covered transactions and earnings arising after both the effective date and consent; they do not apply retroactively. Refusing this addendum does not require surrendering existing earnings, purchased rights or legal rights. Publication or acceptance of this document, account registration or confirmation of a settlement statement does not itself mean a transfer or deposit has completed.",

      "id": "II.1",
      "heading": "II.1. Rights warranties and necessary licenses",
      "body": "Creators warrant that they own or have lawfully obtained the rights necessary for MOF's review, display and sale and purchasers' permitted use of all included elements: not only presets and recipes, but names, descriptions, tags, sample photos and outputs, likenesses and trademarks. Any third-party terms or required notices or restrictions must be accurately disclosed on submission. Merely finding a photo online or editing it does not secure the necessary rights.\n\nCreators retain ownership and grant MOF a non-exclusive license limited in scope and duration to operating the service. The license covers storage, review, public display, in-service information, distribution, technical conversion for compatibility or security, and acts necessary to grant and maintain purchasers' filter usage rights. It does not grant broad rights to unrelated product sales or AI training.\n\nAfter sales stop or an account is deleted, the preset license needed to serve existing purchasers survives only to the extent necessary for that purpose. This does not authorize permanent retention or continued promotion of the creator's profile or sample photos. MOF maintains its existing commitment to stop publicly displaying samples immediately upon termination and delete sample files within 30 days unless legally required to retain them. Legally required records are retained only for the necessary scope and period and are not publicly displayed.\n\nAfter a creator separately acknowledges the publication policy and selects photos for filter publication, MOF may review and display the metadata-stripped publication samples and filter results in the Market and on the public web."

      "heading": "II.2. Responding to reports and compensation for attributable loss",
      "body": "If an infringement or misleading-description report is received, MOF may examine the relevant content and transactions to the extent necessary. Creators must provide reasonably requested evidence of rights acquisition, consent and creation and cooperate with corrections, removal and dispute handling. Unnecessary personal or confidential information will not be requested through general support channels.\n\nMOF may seek compensation, within a reasonable and causally related scope, for loss it actually incurs because of infringement, false representations or breach of this addendum attributable to the creator. This may include third-party claims MOF is legally obliged to pay or reasonably settles, necessary evidence investigation and dispute response costs. Estimated sales, punitive fixed amounts and unrelated operating expenses are not automatically charged.\n\nMOF will explain the reasons, transactions, amounts and calculation basis and give the creator an opportunity to explain and respond. Except where urgent measures are required, MOF will seek the creator's views on a dispute resolution that would impose costs on them and make reasonable efforts to reduce costs. MOF will not shift its own share of fault, unreasonable additional losses it could have prevented or reduced, or amounts already recovered from third parties onto the creator again. This clause does not exclude MOF's direct obligations to consumers."

      "heading": "II.3. Accrual standards and protection of existing earnings",
      "body": "The existing fixed royalty of USD 0.0042 per eligible paid credit, the 180-day waiting period from accrual and the USD 30 minimum for ordinary payouts remain until separately and lawfully changed. The 180-day period is MOF's current operating condition, not a statutory safe-harbor standard. MOF will review whether the waiting policy is proportionate to actual refund and fraud risks and separately explain the basis and timing of any change.\n\nMOF will not retroactively reduce the rate of already accrued earnings or deduct new operating fees from past earnings. Corrections when the basis for a particular transaction's accrual is later removed, such as through a refund, follow Section II.5. Purchase credits and creator earnings have separate ledgers and rights and may not be cashed out through one another or arbitrarily converted.\n\nAn eligible paid credit is bought for money, successfully settled, used to acquire a creator's paid filter, and designated as royalty-bearing. Promotional, bonus, goodwill, service-recovery, incident, replacement, or other no-charge credits create no royalty unless MOF expressly designates and funds them as royalty-bearing.\n\nPending amounts and balances below the minimum do not earn interest."

      "id": "II.4",
      "heading": "II.4. Actual costs borne by the payment recipient and itemized statements",
      "body": "This clause applies only to the cost of paying creator earnings. It is not a consumer refund fee clause.\n\nActual transfer and currency conversion fees incurred when paying creator earnings to a Korean bank account or an overseas PayPal account are borne by the creator receiving the payment. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the payment provider's terms, MOF may deduct the actual costs of that payout after separately disclosing them in advance and obtaining confirmation. An agreement that the creator bears a cost charged to MOF does not change whom the payment provider bills.\n\nThe statement separately identifies the gross USD settlement amount; each actual cost and its basis; payment method, currency, exchange rate and reference time; costs included in the exchange rate; taxes; total deductions; payment destination; and actual amount to be received for final confirmation. Uncertain costs will not be represented as fixed. If those costs prevent MOF from honoring the final statement, the payment will not proceed until clarified. If confirmed conditions change, MOF will present a revised statement and obtain confirmation again before transfer. Confirming a statement or registering a payment destination does not itself mean that a transfer or deposit has completed.\n\nMOF will not deduct costs not actually incurred, undisclosed costs, separately unagreed operating fees or an additional currency conversion margin. Waived costs are recorded as zero. The same cost already reflected in the exchange rate or received amount will not be deducted again from the ledger. If actual costs are less than the confirmed amount, the difference will be paid or returned to the balance.\n\nIntroducing a separate operating fee requires advance disclosure, distinct from actual costs, of its rate or amount, the service provided in return, affected transactions and effective date, and obtaining necessary consent. This amendment introduces no separate operating fee.\n\nMOF bears additional transfer or return costs caused by its own error. Even where incorrect payment information supplied by a creator causes costs, only actual costs permitted by law and provider terms and disclosed and confirmed in advance may be charged, with supporting records. Fees paid directly by the creator to a provider for a later withdrawal or currency conversion after receipt are separate from MOF's settlement costs and will not be estimated and deducted in advance or charged twice."

      "id": "II.5",
      "heading": "II.5. Corrections and repayment of earnings already paid",
      "body": "Any new contractual repayment basis established by this clause applies only to covered transactions and earnings arising after the amended addendum validly applies and the creator has agreed to those conditions. Corrections or repayment relating to earlier transactions or earnings rely on grounds already existing under the contract at that time and applicable law. New consent does not retroactively impose a new recovery obligation on earlier payments.\n\nIf a refund, chargeback, duplicate or erroneous payment, fraud, or cancellation due to infringement is confirmed and removes or changes the basis or amount of a transaction's royalty, earnings already paid may be corrected only within the amount corresponding to that transaction. Mere reports, suspicion or unrelated transactions will not establish cancellation of all earnings.\n\nMOF follows these steps:\n1. Compare the transaction, accrual and payment records, established reason, amount to correct and amounts already reflected.\n2. Notify the creator of transaction-level statements, the basis for correction, remaining payment or repayment amount and objection process, while protecting third-party personal data and security-sensitive information as necessary.\n3. If the creator objects, review the evidence and their views and communicate the result. Amounts under review are distinguished from established recovery amounts; unrelated payable balances will not be frozen wholesale.\n4. Once the correction is established, it may be adjusted against subsequent settlements in accordance with legal setoff requirements and notice procedures. The same transaction will not be recovered more than once as a refund adjustment, compensation or fee.\n5. If subsequent settlements do not cover the amount, MOF may separately request repayment, specifying the shortfall, basis, repayment method and a reasonable deadline. Deleting an account does not itself extinguish established claims or debts.\n\nIf specific reasons require temporarily withholding a disputed payment, MOF will explain the affected scope, required evidence and review procedure. This clause grants no power of indefinite withholding or confiscation on suspicion alone. If a cancellation or refund is reversed or a correction proves wrong, MOF will restore the corresponding earnings without duplication and retain the history."

      "id": "II.6",
      "heading": "II.6. Account closure, below-threshold balances and inability to pay",
      "body": "Even upon account closure or service termination, MOF provides statements of accruals, corrections, payments and remaining balances and a channel for objections. Established unpaid earnings do not arbitrarily expire merely because they are below the ordinary payout minimum or cannot immediately be paid due to account errors or an unsupported country. Account registration, transfer preparation, pending verification, payment completion and returned payments are distinct states.\n\nMOF will explain the specific reasons preventing payment, information to correct, lawful available payment methods and required procedures. Alternative methods remain subject to payee and tax checks, itemized actual costs and reconfirmation. MOF does not promise unsupported countries or payment methods or automatic payments. Residual amounts below the currency's smallest unit and returned amounts are managed with a recorded history.\n\nThe ordinary USD 30 payout minimum does not apply to final settlement upon account closure or service termination. The existing 180-day waiting period from accrual and payee and tax verification requirements remain. MOF will process final settlement within 30 days after all information required for a lawful payment and all payment eligibility requirements have been satisfied. Payment costs are limited to actual transfer and currency conversion fees, subject to Section II.4’s advance itemization and confirmation and prohibition on duplicate deductions. If those actual costs equal or exceed the payable balance, MOF will not confiscate or extinguish the balance and will discuss available lawful alternative payment methods with the creator."

      "id": "II.7",
      "heading": "II.7. Identity, taxes and payout eligibility",
      "body": "Before payout, a creator must complete applicable identity verification (KYC), verification that the creator is at least 19, required tax information, and ownership verification for the payout destination. Creators remain responsible for their own tax filings and payments except amounts MOF or a payout provider must withhold by law.\n\nIf no conversion occurs, it will state that no FX rate or charge applies. No undisclosed fee will be deducted, and the creator may cancel before confirming. Payout functionality remains disabled until these checks, an exact pre-payout quote and cancellation path are available and the individual creator is approved. This does not restrict non-payout features or statutory rights."

      "body": "Filters may appear in the Market after review. MOF may remove a filter or restrict account features for a violation, rights claim, or legal obligation; creators may also unpublish filters or delete their accounts.\n\nTermination stops new sales and new earnings, but the limited license needed for existing purchaser access and provisions concerning settlement adjustments, taxes, record retention, and disputes survive only to the extent needed for those purposes."
